Yes, the REVO6 2.0 system fits most push, riding, and zero-turn mowers with a single center-hole spindle setup. It supports spindle bolt threads of 3/8", 1/2", and 5/8" and blade hole designs including round, 4-point, 5-point, 6-point, 7-point, and S-shape.
The lifespan of REVOline depends on your mowing environment. Under normal lawn conditions, each pre-cut line provides up to 9+ hours of mowing before skips may occur. Each Standard Cut REVOline comes pre-cut to 10", giving you about 22" of cutting length when installed.

When I was a kid me and my brother would mow a lot of the houses in the neighborhood. Your product is amazing! I have the REVO6 mounted on a cheap mower and it cuts through everything! I'm talking 3ft tall thistle and shoots from oak stumps. The important thing is when you purchase this and install it on your deck, and you make your first initial cut, is to keep up with the cut and you’ll have a fine cut pretty much every time. I live in Florida and it’s very SANDY. I have to take compressed air and blow out the ports before reinstalling my twine, which I have done out of a wild hair, to get a good seat for my twine. I am very pleased with Revo6 2.0.
I love the fact that my engine is the only thing making the noise and my bearings are not under strain. I like raising up my deck and inspecting my twine and cleaning my deck setting myself up for the next cut. It’s a different cut and I like it.

Revo6 2.0 is a genius idea come to life. I feel the less tension in my bearings and my motor when I run this. There are times when you need to go over a certain area again to get your grass and check. Once in check and you keep up with the demand of a cut, it works rather well. Down here in Florida where I live. It is very sandy. When I change my twine which I have done out of a wild hair, I had to use compressed air to blow out the sand from the six ports to get another grip on the twine. I am rather pleased, converting my deck to the weedeater effect. It is a little sketchy, having to raise up your deck to check the twine and blow the ports out with air, but you have to look at it in another way. You’re cleaning your deck from all the debris that gets stuck up underneath there, whether it’s twine or blades and you’re setting yourself up for your next cut. No cut is a good cut when your deck is full of crap and the wind isn’t flowing freely. I plan on using my Revo6 2.0 for a long time and I believe I will enjoy every cut. I know my neighbors have an idea that I’ve got something going on over here in my yard when I’m cutting my grass when they don’t hear anything but a motor running and no blade noise. It is a big difference in sound.
Easy to install with great cut quality. The strings need to be replaced more often than I thought they would. As a commercial contractor I do mow a lot was hoping for a full day not 3-5 acres. Still may put them on my other 2 mowers but I’m up in the air. They do work extremely well while they are intact and working properly and the safety factor is nice. No throwing rocks and clipping discharge doesn’t go more than a foot and is extremely small.
We cleared our land by hand and chainsaw. Needless to say, we have stumps and rocks galore. Our lawn mower didn't make it past the first day even with the kids proceeding the mower to remove rocks and flag stumps. We had to resort to the back breaking task of cutting it all with our weedeaters.
That all changed once we recieved our Blade Solution. What used to take us days to cut with two or more weed-eaters, takes just a few hours. Even with some areas overgrown chest heigh, the Blade Solution chews through it all.
Ordering this product was the best thing we've done for our sanity and our homestead. If you're looking for something that won't bat an eye at rocks, this is it.
Let me start by saying how impressed I am with their customer service, and quick email responses! I wrote an email late on a Friday (Memorial Day Weekend) expecting to get an answer the following week. To my surprise, I received a response that same evening; and to top that off, it was from the President (inventor) himself!! After reading his reply, and based on his quick response, I ordered a set for my Z254. The set arrived in a timely manner and I was excited to get them installed and give them a try. However, there was a little confusion with the installation instructions and my particular mower. It was Saturday evening and I shot off another email to get some advice, again expecting a response later during normal business hours. Again, Richard replies within minutes, and answers all my questions! I lifted my mower, scraped all the built up dirt and grass off from under the deck (see photos), and was blown away by the ease of the installation. It was after dark so I had to wait until the next day to fire the mower up and put these to the test. They passed with flying colors!! Even with the morning dew soaked weeds that were 8”-12” tall, the Revo6 blade replacements worked exceptionally well. In all fairness, there were areas I had to make several passes to get the finished look I wanted but, overall I am pleased with the results. On top of the solid performance, I feel so much better about mowing without the fear of throwing rocks and debris across the lawn, or damaging blades (or worse) with this safe mow system. It is still early; but I’m a fan already!
I have a lot of rocks and roots on our property and this system went over it all unexplainably well! Also tears through tall grass, I mean 3’ high like a weed wacker. Great fine mulch finish highly recommend
I live in the Texas Hill country where it is all rock and native grasses and weeds. This is what my blades looked like after just two mowings. Revo has been a game changer
If a branch get stuck under the mower deck, you'll break all the strings off. But if you're careful, you can really eat up tall grass, weeds, briars, etc. I've been looking for a solution for years not willing to pay thousands for it. These on my 42in lawn tractor work well. I'll switch out these with original metal blades for my manicured yard.
I run an older JD F680. The center hole on the cutter head and the spacer does not fit over the spindle shaft. The OEM blade slides over the spindle shaft and holds the shaft bearing cover/grease cup tight to the bottom of the shaft bearing. I tried running the cutter heads upside down with the provide spacer, which did take up enough space to hold the bearing cover in place. Obviously that defeated the length adjustment and quick change of the cutting strings. A spacer twice the thickness and with a larger diameter hole is needed for the cutting heads to work on my machine. I am intrigued by the concept and really wanted it to work. I have a video of the cutter head installed as intended but I am not sure if it uploaded.

They are better than blades but they don't cut as well, some of the grass gets bent over instead of cut. I think it would be better if it had braided wire line instead of plastic.
While blade solution didn’t work for me they were amazing about taking my feedback and honoring their money back guarantee! I hope they continue to advance and one day it can work for my needs.
We installed the system on our 2005 Hustler Fasttrak mower. I am enjoying the fact that the mower runs quieter now and throws less dirt and dust when mowing.
I think the yard is looking better each time we mow the grass.
Mounting, loading string is fine. Quality of cut is poor, in a more Gras like setting. Cutting weeds is a bit better. My setup is a 34" two blade zero turn mower set up for mulching.
20 years on six acres destroying blades and decks . Plowing the driveway of snow in winter pushes rocks onto the grass! Awesome product !! Love it!! Never going back to metal blades!
Well didn't have good instructions. But after looking at some videos. I figured my dumbass put the things on upside down. Lol .after putting a bolt in a vise placed the blade on .then I had a big to figure out the length of the strings .worked out much better. 😁 I will say that I took mower over some rough terain that would have damaged a regular blade. Hitting some hidden treasures. So I know it's limitations.

As we discussed on the phone, I installed the safe mowing solution under those blade guides and did not over tighten them. I cut the lines in accordance with the instructions and proceeded to mow my lawn. Like we thought, it took me a minute playing with the height of my deck to get desirable results. It was early morning and the grass was wet with dew. Still, the safe mowing system worked flawlessly. Aside from some clumping due to the wetness of the grass (which would have happened with blades as well) the cut was even and smooth. I will be keeping the system on my mower and installing it on any future mower I may own.
As a side note, I’d like to say that having you contact me directly as soon as you knew I had a problem is the best customer service I have ever had. I commend you sir, and I thank you for your time.
