Hi Iâm Bryan and I used the REVO6 system on my RM 59 woodsmoke three-point hitch rear mount connected to my Massey Ferguson 1010 tractor. What I like about it is first of all thereâs no more blades to sharpen or balance. You donât have to get the heads off to replace the line, you just simply feed it through and have a pre-cut length. It really is the safer way to mow, and thatâs what I really love about it.
When I was a kid me and my brother would mow a lot of the houses in the neighborhood. One house has a lot of stumps or roots that have grown up, and your blades can hit them if youâre cutting a little bit lower. I had zero fear with the REVO6. I had an old Walker ride-on mower and it destroyed a spindle but this thing went over that same stump and nothing happened.
Your product is amazing! I have the REVO6 mounted on a cheap mower and it cuts through everything! I'm talking 3ft tall thistle and shoots from oak stumps. It takes an absolute beating and hasn't broken a single trimmer line yet! I have various extension cords running through the grass that is a pain to move come mowing time. Not anymore! it doesn't create lift, so the cords don't get wrapped up or cut.

The REVO6 2.0 & REVOline uses a hub and flexible line to create a more equipment-friendly and user-friendly mowing experience. Unlike traditional metal blades, it provides a much safer operation by greatly reducing the risk of injury or debris being thrown from under the mower. It also helps protect your equipment from critical damage.

The REVO6 2.0 is most effective when used with a mulching cover rather than a side discharge, rear discharge, or bagging setup. With 6 cutting contact points instead of just 2, the REVO6 finely mulches grass into very small clippings.
The lifespan of REVOline depends on your mowing environment. Under normal lawn conditions, each pre-cut line provides up to 9 hours of mowing before skips may occur. Each line comes pre-cut to 10.5 inches, giving you about 22 inches of cutting length when installed.
Custom-cut REVOline is available upon request for 72-inch Zero Turn (ZT) mowers and 30-inch push or riding mowers. All REVOline can also be trimmed to fit your specific mower deck if needed.

Yes, the REVO6 can cut tall grass. Just like with metal blades, you may need to slow down to achieve a clean cut when working through thick or tall grass and weeds.

Providing specific details such as spindle size (3/8â or 5/8â) and blade hole design (round, 4-point, 5-point, 6-point, 7-point, or S-shape) helps ensure a perfect fit.

Simply use the same bolt or nut that secures your metal blades. Each REVO6 package includes spacers designed to match your mowerâs blade-hole design.
