REVO6 Reviews
ULTIMATE TEST
I ordered this kit for my 30 inch riding mower. Fit perfectly with no issues. Mowed over some gravel areas and parts of my yard with fallen limbs. I put it to the ultimate test of my yard and the Revoline held up great. Would 100% recommend this product.
I LOVE this product!!
I LOVE this product!! I purchased these for my lawn cutting business, and I have not regretted it. My customers ask what I’m doing differently, as the lawns come out better than with metal blades. I’m ordering another set for my other zero turn, so that all my machines are running these.
GREAT PRODUCT!
Great product! Easy install, no more throwing rocks and projectiles and mower damage. Perfect for my mowing needs highly recommended for quality and safety concerns.
LOVE THIS PRODUCT
Love this product. We recently acquired a property that is rocky and uneven, but we have to keep it mowed as it is in an HOA. I had bent multiple blades in just a few mowings. Once I installed the Revo6, I was able to mow without worry and even hit some of the rougher spots that had to be hit with a string trimmer before. Saved me a ton of time. Also, install was a breeze. Great product!!!!
WISH ME LUCK!!!
I purchased the single Revo6 for my push mower just to give it a try and see what I thought, after receiving the package I found out that the adapter for my craftsman push mower didn’t quite fit so after calling the number and telling the gentleman about my small problem I actually found out that I was talking with Richard Nevels the creator of the Revo6. I explained that I had to do a little grinding and wanted to make sure if it didn’t work what would happen, he told me to grind away and if it didn’t work, he would send me another adapter. Well, it worked, and I have cut my yard 3 times with the mower and the same line and WOW!! I am very impressed; I pulled the trigger and ordered the kit for my Cub Cadet zero turn 54 inch and can’t wait to see what happens. Wish me Luck!!!
TRY IT, YOU'LL LIKE IT!!!
I bought the Revo6 for my Mowrator remote control electric mower to replace the metal blade. The mounting design wasn’t an exact match, but I was able to adapt it by grinding the notches on the included mounting spacer. It was totally worth the extra effort because this addition to my machine was well worth the cost. It cuts better & lower than the metal blade especially in rocky areas. I was able to use a lower setting on the deck that would have stopped the metal blade. The cutter lines didn’t last long but we have very rocky areas that I ran through. Grass, weeds & 1/2” blackberry shoots were not a problem. Even with only one line left it still kept cutting through grass. It’s easy to replace the lines compared to having to remove & sharpen or replace a metal blade. This is a game changer. Try it you’ll like it!!!
LIKE GOING BACK TO THE 50’s
All I can say is this has been the best experience I have had with a company, maybe ever! I had a question about the fitting/washer and Richard called me and walked me through it and made sure I got the correct part. I had a problem with the 10% code, as the offer did not pop up while I was placing my order. I email and ask about this. Richard again, calls me and made me more than happy with a solution! The customer service is LIKE GOING BACK TO THE 50’s when companies REALLY cared! Now the product!! You cannot tell the pto or blades are even engaged! It cuts as good as the blades!! But the best part is I don’t have to worry about every stick, rock, or branch! I live in the mountains, with tons of trees and rocks, so this is huge for me!! This system is amazing! The amount of money I will save and to minimize the wear and tear on my equipment is more than worth it! The fact it still cuts as good as it does and these chords(less than $7) are way cheaper to replace than my blades(over $100 per set), makes it more than worth it. The design is ingenious bc it is so simple, yet works perfectly!! To change the chords, you literally just use your finger and thumb and pull! Not more impact gun and vicing off blocks to hold the blades! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH BUT THANK YOU AND YOU HAVE A FOREVER CUSTOMER!! JUST GIVE IT A TRY!! There is NO WAY you won’t be happy with this system!!
FANTASTIC!!
This product is fantastic! It actually works! Makes mowing our crazy property so much easier. Customer service is excellent too. Very impressed and will promote this as much as possible!

FAQs
The REVO6 2.0 utilizes a hub and flexible line, creating a more equipment-friendly cutting environment when encountering hard or stationary objects. It provides a much safer user experience compared to metal blades, significantly reducing the risk of injury or objects being thrown from under the mower while still providing an efficient mowing environment for a well-maintained yard.
The REVO6 2.0 and REVOline delivers an efficient cut similar to that of metal blades, ensuring your lawn has a well-maintained appearance.
Yes, the REVO6 is most effective when used with a mulching cover rather than a side or rear discharge or bagging setup.
Line replacement frequency varies based on lawn conditions and obstructions, but under normal conditions, the REVOline typically lasts for about 9 hours of mowing. The REVOline comes pre-cut in 10.5” lengths, offering approximately 24 inches of cutting length when inserted.
Blade Solution Corp (BSC) is committed to continuously expanding the design of the REVO6 to accommodate as many blade hole shapes and spindle diameters as possible. By leveraging user feedback, we strive to make the REVO6 even more efficient, user-friendly, and safe. For REVOline, our ongoing research and development efforts focus on enhancing durability and cut quality. Our goal is to provide the best alternative to metal blades, ensuring a safer and more efficient mowing experience.
While the REVO6 2.0 doesn’t create the same lift as conventional metal blades, its aluminum hub and line generate sufficient airflow to provide a clean cut, leaving your lawn well-maintained. It performs best with a mulching cover.
Yes, REVO6 2.0 and REVOline can cut tall grass. However, just like with metal blades, you may need to slow down and make multiple passes to achieve a clean cut when mowing thick or tall grass and weeds. The advantage of the REVO6 is that if you run over rocks, limbs, stumps, metal, or any other objects that could damage traditional blades or your mower, it will only take a few minutes to replace the line, saving you hundreds of dollars in potential repair costs.
During checkout, you’ll enter your mower’s make and model to help us determine the appropriate spacer for your order. Providing specific details such as spindle size (3/8” or 5/8”) and blade hole design (round, 4-point, 5-point, 6-point, 7-point, or S-shape) helps ensure accuracy. Spacers that match the hole design of your mower are provided. There is also a guide on our website that can help you choose the correct spacer.
As previously stated, spacers that match the hole design of your mower are provided. The REVO6 2.0 is a universal fit for the majority of mowers, using the same bolt or nut that holds your current blades. Currently, our largest center hole will fit spindles up to 5/8 (.625) in diameter. We have a bushing/washer kit that brings the hole down from the 5/8 (.625) to a 3/8 (.375) hole for the majority of push mowers. Installation requires the same tools used to change your blades. You can find tutorial videos on our website to provide further assistance.
