REVO6 Reviews

LOVE THE REVO6

March 16, 2025

I love the Rev06, less dust, less noise and less vibration. I have a Scan Cheeta, with conventional blades the dust is horrible ( the only complaint I have with the Scag), the Rev06 reduces the dust a tremendous amount. Much better than anything else I have tried. Bill Carter, Hahira, GA

GREAT PRODUCT 5/5

February 24, 2025

I’ve just started using the Revo6 this mowing season. I have my teenage son doing most of the mowing and it has been a relief to not have to worry about him throwing rocks as he goes. We are able to lower the mower deck to get a closer trim. We love the product and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to upgrade their mowing experience and relief concerns about injuries or accidents while doing so. Great product 5/5.

THANK YOU REVO6

February 24, 2025

Revo6 actually saved me from what could have been a tragic accident. I was backing up while mowing and tripped over a landscaping rock. If I would have had a fixed blade on my mower, I could of possibly lost a couple of toes or at least my shoe. With the REVO6 I had less worries about the outcome with that installed on my mower. Thank you REVO6!

MOST AMAZING INVENTION EVER

February 24, 2025

This is the most amazing invention ever! We own about 20 acres and typically replace our blade more than once a mowing season. Here in Arkansas we grow rocks. But they were no match for the REVO6. We also have two boys and used to worry about flinging rocks, that is no longer a worry. A safer mowing solution for sure!

Been using these now on three-acre rental in Pineville. MO. Pretty dang sweet and my mower is way quieter. Strings actually hold up well. JA – Bentonville, AR

SO FAR AMAZING!!

August 21, 2024

I just received this. So far amazing!! I live in a rural setting with several acres to manage. I have an older riding deck mower, and the spindles were worn down so that the blades were just spinning. Replacing the 3 spindles and blades was going to be very expensive where I could not justify the cost on this old machine and was going to buy a new one. But a friend found the Revo6 online and thought I’d give it a try. It was very easy to install on the deck -even though the spindles had worn down so there was really no shape to fit into the spacer – it didn’t matter, just so that it is bolted down tightly- it works. It works great and just the peace of mind (not worrying about hitting rocks or riding over branches etc.) is worth it. I have yet to try it on very long grass/weeds yet since I just received this but I’m confident after watching the videos it will do great, but I am truly amazed at how great this works so far. My property is really rough, so this is a perfect solution! Also, customer service from the owner is top notch.

SANDY SOIL

August 11, 2024

I have 3 acres of sandy soil, Bahia mostly. and your system leaves no stalks standing once I run over them with my Cub Cadet. I can tell you firsthand this system is way easier to use than conventional blades. – Robert Reed, Saraland, AL

LOVE THE CONCEPT

August 6, 2024

I love the concept. The lines are pretty strong. Easy to install. I like that it will keep doing a pretty good job even if you lose a line or two due to heavy debris. I do have the same problem of them not lifting the grass and leaving a few stalks/blades or patches. Also, I have a zero turn toro. I do not have ramps or a jack so I use my jeep winch over a tree limb. That works like a charm but I have to do it after each mowing. I do have an extra tough 3 Acres to mow and I have never been one to shy away from tough areas, so I give it a real test. I am currently still satisfied and have had to change my mowing routine. I can also tell that it is much easier on the grass, as well as healthier. I now mow one direction and a .5 inch higher. Then mow the next time perpendicular to the last mow at the same level or . 5 inch lower. I also have about 3 different types of grass across my mowable acres, which always makes it a challenge. Just ordered new line, the jury is still out.

FAQs

The REVO6 2.0 utilizes a hub and flexible line, creating a more equipment-friendly cutting environment when encountering hard or stationary objects. It provides a much safer user experience compared to metal blades, significantly reducing the risk of injury or objects being thrown from under the mower while still providing an efficient mowing environment for a well-maintained yard.

The REVO6 2.0 and REVOline delivers an efficient cut similar to that of metal blades, ensuring your lawn has a well-maintained appearance.

Yes, the REVO6 is most effective when used with a mulching cover rather than a side or rear discharge or bagging setup.

Line replacement frequency varies based on lawn conditions and obstructions, but under normal conditions, the REVOline typically lasts for about 9 hours of mowing. The REVOline comes pre-cut in 10.5” lengths, offering approximately 24 inches of cutting length when inserted.

Blade Solution Corp (BSC) is committed to continuously expanding the design of the REVO6 to accommodate as many blade hole shapes and spindle diameters as possible. By leveraging user feedback, we strive to make the REVO6 even more efficient, user-friendly, and safe. For REVOline, our ongoing research and development efforts focus on enhancing durability and cut quality. Our goal is to provide the best alternative to metal blades, ensuring a safer and more efficient mowing experience.

While the REVO6 2.0 doesn’t create the same lift as conventional metal blades, its aluminum hub and line generate sufficient airflow to provide a clean cut, leaving your lawn well-maintained. It performs best with a mulching cover.

Yes, REVO6 2.0 and REVOline can cut tall grass. However, just like with metal blades, you may need to slow down and make multiple passes to achieve a clean cut when mowing thick or tall grass and weeds. The advantage of the REVO6 is that if you run over rocks, limbs, stumps, metal, or any other objects that could damage traditional blades or your mower, it will only take a few minutes to replace the line, saving you hundreds of dollars in potential repair costs.

During checkout, you’ll enter your mower’s make and model to help us determine the appropriate spacer for your order. Providing specific details such as spindle size (3/8” or 5/8”) and blade hole design (round, 4-point, 5-point, 6-point, 7-point, or S-shape) helps ensure accuracy. Spacers that match the hole design of your mower are provided. There is also a guide on our website that can help you choose the correct spacer.

As previously stated, spacers that match the hole design of your mower are provided. The REVO6 2.0 is a universal fit for the majority of mowers, using the same bolt or nut that holds your current blades. Currently, our largest center hole will fit spindles up to 5/8 (.625) in diameter. We have a bushing/washer kit that brings the hole down from the 5/8 (.625) to a 3/8 (.375) hole for the majority of push mowers. Installation requires the same tools used to change your blades. You can find tutorial videos on our website to provide further assistance.
